- Heating and cooling technology The Nienburg/Weser district is planning to build a new fire department Headquarters (FTZ) in the commercial area of Lemke, Marklohe municipality. It is a new replacement building for the existing FTZ on Verdener Landstrasse Nienburg. The room program includes approx. 8,200 m² of usable space, as well as approx. 9,140 m² of outdoor areas - exercise and exercise areas. A construction site of approximately 3.4 hectares is available for this purpose. The construction project involves individual parts of the building with a... Steel truss structure with a trapezoidal surface. The advertised services include: Heating and cooling technology in accordance with DIN 18380. Heat is generated via two roof-mounted air-water heat pumps, each with a heating output of approx. 135kW. R290 (propane) is used as the refrigerant. The system temperatures of 40/30°C are designed for a low-temperature system and to increase system efficiency. Heat is transferred in the main building usually via radiators or via Underfloor heating. The basic heating for the main vehicle hall and the workshop halls is provided by industrial underfloor heating. Additional air heaters are provided in the workshop halls to briefly heat the halls to 19°C. For the To quickly heat up the main vehicle hall, three 9 kW electric heater fans are also installed.
