Description:
The Thalkirchen campsite is modernized. For this purpose, existing buildings (including entrance construction, various sanitary buildings) are sometimes broken off and rebuilt, sometimes preserved and renovated. The infrastructure is completely renewed on the site. The outdoor facilities are planned so that in the future approx.283 vehicle stands, 163 tent stands and 29 huts are available for the company. The subject of this order is the installation of heating and sanitary facilities. For more information, see Section 5.1.
Addition to Section 2.1, approx.Using groundwater heat pumps and air heat pump, solar systems including buffer storage and fresh water modules, the heat distribution and heat output (underfloor heating, ventilation systems), the entire water supply and waste water including furnishings, rainwater use and automatic rinsing stationsAnd heat recovery in the shower systems for a one -storey entrance building with around 498 m2 GGF as well as two sanitary buildings with 239 m2 and 89 m2 GGF, which are rebuilt, and a sanitary building with around 280 m2 GAB. Part of the tender is also aMaintenance agreement (inspection and maintenance), which is to be concluded for a period of 4 years after the establishment has been taken.
