The construction project is the renovation and expansion of the primary school in the
community of Buggingen. The stock is a solid building with a gable roof and has 3 floors, basement, ground floor and upper floor. The new building willconnected directly to the existing existence so that a U-shaped structure results. The new building is built as a two -storey building without basement and the roof is executed as a green flat roof. As the first construction phase, the new building will be built, the second construction phase is the renovation of theInventory,
whereby this is divided into two further construction phases.
This list of services is only the establishment of the new building and the renovation of the heating distributor in existing construction. The overall renovation of the inventory is in a further tender package and tooa later point in time. The floor ceilings are designed in
reinforced concrete. Preliminary walls are built in dry construction.the existing technology center supplied with heat. The
local heating line is laid by the civil engineering.
For heat transfer, underfloor heating is used in the new building. The underfloor heating
is executed as a nop plate. The space control takes place via the building technology.
