Description:
The planned construction project is the replacement building of a four-class elementary school with a sports hall and all-day care. Extensive land regulation or landfilling is required on the property. The building is predominantly designed as a single storey and fits perfectly the natural course of the terrain. Individual areas, such as the break hall, have two floors. The planned building extends over a length of 190 meters.

As part of the construction project, which follows the building certification criteria DGNB Silver and the Sustainable Building (QNG) quality seal are realized, a specialist company is sought to carry out the heating installations. Ensuring project processing for building certification DGNB Silver and QNG. Creation of the heating installation Sections according to construction progress by component. Heat generation with outdoor air heat pumps and electric boilers. Heat storage with buffer storage system. System separations with water/glycol mixtures for air conditioning units.
