Description:
The general construction measure includes a renovation measure in a 5-story existing building from the 19th century. The local heating station in the basement will be rebuilt and converted as an indirect heating station. A central hot water preparation in the flow system supplies the baths of the respective apartments. The heating system is not being renovated. New strands for new internal baths are connected to the existing network. The drinking water supply is completely renewed. The basement is gutted in advance. In the front house there is an inclusion living over several floors planned. The former old building apartments have several individual rooms with a bathroom. The other apartments in the property also receive newly renovated bathrooms in partly wheelchair -friendly equipment. Interior baths are vented via central fans. The bathrooms are in wooden stand construction executed. Commercial facilities on the ground floor are vented via chimney trains. For this purpose, the chimneys are opened on site, ventilation lines are installed and closed on site.
