Description:
At the Billwerder JVA site in Hamburg-Billwerder, the new "Hamburg Youth Institution" building is to be built. be constructed. The area required for the project is partly covered by an undeveloped area on the current Billwerder JVA site and partly by the additionThe guild is covered by land that was originally used for agriculture and adjoining it to the southeast. As part of preliminary measures, the existing wall around the site of the future youth center was separated and expanded. In the future, a total of 10 buildings as well as a CHP plant and2 buildings will be built on the site outside the detention wall. The measure advertised here includes the electrical systems for the 11 buildings of the closed prison.
