Description:
The existing sterile supply facility at Heidelberg University Hospital at Neuenheimer Feld 670 was built around 35 years ago and requires structural upgrades in the form of a new building. The new building should contain all the necessary functional/personnel areas of a contemporary CSSD, including: Training of an independent AWT station, which ensures the entire supply of sterile goods for the Neuenheimer field. Due to the available building space and the short connection to the underground AWT and media corridors, the new CSSD building should be in front of the existing building Medical Supply Center (VZM), which ensures the supply and disposal of the clinical functional areas of the Heidelberg University Hospital, will be located at the Neuenheimer Feld location in Heidelberg. The replacement building must be planned by the general planner with an optional extension option. The optional additional general planning services relate to the "refined shell" without any use-specific interior work. A feasibility study was carried out in advance of this tender.
