The Main-Taunus district intends to expand the Heinrich Boell School, Schulstrasse100 in Hattersheim am Main. School expansion construction is being built on a school premises in operation. The following work must be done in detail: Building automation: - Integration of aContinuous building automation system (GA) to optimize energy consumption. - Connection of the systems to the BACNET/IP communication protocol. - Automatic monitoring and control of the heating, ventilation and sanitary facilities. - Establishment of a central guiding and operating concept for controlall technical systems. Sanitary facilities: - Control of rainwater use and monitoring of water consumption. Heat supply: - Integration of underfloor heating, district heating and heat pumps into the GA. Space air -technical systems: - Control and control of the ventilation systems and cold systems.Electrotechnical systems:-Monitoring of the PV system and other electrical systems.
