- The project includes the adaptation of the technical area in the Heinrich Hertz barracks in Daun based on an existing partial property-related expansion concept. Planning is required up to and including service phase 4 according to HOAI for the Dismantling and new construction in phases, including the creation of a service description with a service program for commissioning a later general contractor to provide the detailed planning and the subsequent construction. The planning services for The overall project is divided into the awards 26D0002, 26D0003 and 26D0004. As part of the participation competition and before receiving the documents for calculation, all applicants are required to complete the VS-NfD information sheet.
