- The project includes the adaptation of the technical area in the Heinrich Hertz barracks in Daun based on a present part-property-related expansion concept. The planning is required up to and including the service phase 4 according to HOAI for construction and new construction, including construction, including Creation of a service description with a performance program to commission a later general contractor to provide the execution planning and the subsequent construction execution. The planning services for the overall project are divided into the Award 24D0110, 24D0111 and 25D0151.
