Description:
The subject of this procurement procedure are the required planning services for technical systems in accordance with HOAI Part 3 Section 2 §§ 53-56 for plant groups (ALG) 4. Structure systems, 5. Telecommunications and information technology systems, 6. Supporting systems, 8. Building automation. LP 1 - 9 inTop wire assignment. First, only level 1 (LP 1-4) is commissioned. The Landgemeinde Stadt an der Schmuecke intends to convert, conversion and renovation measures by 3 former school buildings for the administrative seat of the rural community in Heldrungen. Funding will be used for financingused. The top guideline In the implementation, the "Funding Directive Sustainable Urban Development and Energetic City Refurbishment - Energy Efficiency increase in public buildings and infrastructures municipalities (EGI)" in conjunction with other funding programs from the areasEnergy efficiency, administrative digitization and accessibility, if available and applicable. Area: The three buildings have a nuf of approx. 2,000 m2. The open spaces / courtyard areas have an area of approx. 1,350 m2. Construction cost frame (gross, status I/25) kg 300 + 400 approx. 4.83 million €. Dates:The start of planning: 07/2025; Start of construction: from 04/2026; Construction of energetic renovation: 06/2028; Overall construction construction: at the end of 2028
