The subject of this procurement procedure are the required planning services for buildings in accordance with HOAI Part 3 Section 1 §§ 34 ff. LP 1 - 9 in steps. First, only level 1 (LP 1-4) is commissioned. Special services: climate compensation test. The city of the cityThe Schmuecke intends to convert, conversion and renovation measures by 3 former school buildings for the administrative seat of the rural community in Heldrungen for funding are used. The top guideline in the implementation forms the "Sustainable Urban Development Funding Directiveand energetic city renovation - energy efficiency increase in public buildings and infrastructures municipalities (EGI) "in conjunction with further adding support programs from the areas of energy efficiency, administrative digitization and accessibility, if available and applicable.Three buildings have a Nuf of approx. 2,000 m2. The open spaces / courtyard areas have an area of approx. 1,350 m2. Construction cost frame (gross, status I/25) kg 300 + 400 approx. 4.83 million €.
