The subject of this procurement procedure are the required planning services for structural engineering in accordance with HOAI Part 4 Section 1 §§ 49 ff, basic services LP 1-6- 6 and special services LP 8 IngenieurTechnische control of the execution of the structure, as well as fire protection planning according to AHO issue 17 (December 2022) In a step -by -step assignment for conversion, energetic upgrading and conversion of the school buildings into the administrative seat of the rural community

Structural and Fire protection planning
The subject of this procurement procedure are the required planning services for structural planning in accordance with HOAI Part 4 Section 1 §§ 49 ff, LP 1 - 9 in step -by -step commissioning and fire protection planning according to AHO Issue 17 (December 2022).
First of all, only level 1 (LP 1-4) is commissioned.
Special services: LP 8 engineering control of the execution of the structure.
The Landgemeinde Stadt an der Schmuecke intends to convert, conversion and renovation measures by 3 former school buildings for the administrative seat of the rural community in Heldrungen
