Description:
The subject of this procurement procedure are the required planning services for structural planning in accordance with HOAI Part 4 Section 1 §§ 49 ff, LP 1 - 9 in step -by -step commissioning and fire protection planning according to AHO Issue 17 (December 2022). First, only level 1 (LP 1-4) is commissioned. Special Services: LP 8 engineering control of the execution of the structure. The Landgemeinde Stadt an der Schmuecke intends to convert, conversion and renovation measures by 3 former school buildings for the administrative seat of the rural community in Heldrungen for the financing used. The top guideline In the implementation, the "Funding Directive Sustainable Urban Development and Energetic City Refurbishment - Energy Efficiency increase in public buildings and infrastructures municipalities (EGI)" in conjunction with other funding programs from the areas Energy efficiency, administrative digitization and accessibility, if available & applicable. Area: The three buildings have a nuf of over 2,000 m2. The open spaces / courtyard areas have an area of approx. 1,350 m2. Construction cost frame (gross, stand I/25) kg 300 + 400 approx. 4.83 million €. Dates: Preliminary planning: IV. Quarter 2025; Approval planning: 1st quarter 2026; Start of construction: from 04/2026; Construction of energetic renovation: 06/2028; Overall construction construction: late 2028
