Help desk and on -call service for various properties in Wiesbaden; Help desk and on -call services including emergency service for approx. 100 properties of Wibau GmbH in Wiesbaden
1. Introduction:
Wibau GmbH, a subsidiary of the state capital Wiesbaden (LHW), is with the management entrusted with different urban properties. These include new buildings and existing buildings such as schools, school gymnasiums, sports halls, commercial and apartment buildings. Wibbau currently runs 86 properties. Schools, sports halls and commercial properties come in the following years in addition.
Wibau GmbH intends to set up a standby service for the care of the properties outside of business hours. The aim of the service is to immediately take measures in the event of disruptions or damage to ensure the functional and usage security of the facilities, to minimize the damage and prevent further damage.
The following tasks must be performed as part of the on -call service:
a) Telephone Readiness center:
In category 1 and 2 there is a Emergency mission to plan (see B, C and D). In category 3 and 4, the interference report and passing on to a listed subcontractor must be carried out by telephone.
b) Disturbance:
