Description:
With the introduction of the nationwide destination management system Deskline(R), the course was set early and a good basis was created for destination marketing at all tourism levels in the country. 10 regions, over 140 local tourist information centers and over 600 trained usersToday, with around 6,500 businesses, there is a decentralized shared pool of brochures, events, sights, tourist guides, accommodation and refreshments and experiences. Deskline(R) and the nationwide Outdooractive tour database are the door opener to the "digital treasure trove of knowledge from RRhineland-Palatinate". The content, so-called "content", reflects the entire tourist infrastructure and offers of Rhineland-Palatinate in digital form. As part of this award process, it is planned to provide the complete database management and the helpdesk for the destination management systemstem Deskline(R) from feratel to one or more external service providers. Bidders may apply for one or both lots. The contract is awarded either in lots to different bidders or as a whole to a single bidder.
