The six-storey prefabricated building in Henrik-BiSen-Strasse 7-17 was built in 1973 as a residential snake in WBS 70 and is located in Rostock Evershagen.
The entire building comprises 13 houses lined up. The Wohnungsgesellschaft Wiro GmbH plans the renovation of the complete Henrik-BiSen-Strasse 7-17 by attaching a WDV on the facade.
A planning order should be awarded for the following measures:
- attaching a thermal insulation composite system, (approx. 14 cm) on all uninsulated areas of the facade, taking into account and integration of the loggias and subsequent balcony systems afterwards
- Wet cleaning of the already insulated areas of houses No. 7-9, side of the street
- Renewal of all dilapidated apartment windows in plastic
- paint all existing windows made of wood
- If necessary, renewal of doors to line passages or from flooring to the drums (partially, if necessary)
- repair of the areas on the outdoor area destroyed by the renovation measures
