Description:
The subject of the negotiation process is planning and consulting services for the new construction of a village community center in the municipality of Hermsdorf, Ruhland district. The community center is intended to be a central location for events, club activities and serve cultural uses. The plan is to build a new building for around 80 people, which will be built in an energy-efficient manner, designed to be barrier-free and can be used without restrictions by the community and clubs. The central element will be a Be a multi-purpose/meeting room with a room size of at least 120 m² and a flexible event area. The building is intended as a solid construction. The building plot is located outdoors in accordance with Section 35 of the BauGB.
