Roof renovation and installation of a PV system as a functional service description
The service includes the renovation of 25 roof areas as an aluminum standing seam roof with additional rafter insulation.
This includes the dismantling and professional disposal of the existing roof structures as well as the Delivery and assembly of all necessary materials and components.
The service also includes the delivery, assembly and ready-to-use commissioning of an EEG-compliant, grid-connected photovoltaic system on 11 areas of the newly built aluminum standing seam roof with a installed power of at least 720 kWp.
only excess energy is fed into the public distribution network.
The total roof area of the building (excluding edge distances) is approx. 5,954 m2.
The The list of services is created as a functional service description. It is the contractor's responsibility to provide all services, materials, evidence and coordination necessary for complete and operational execution based on the specified functional requirements.
The Existing, polluted KMF insulation (artificial mineral fibers) will be removed and disposed of by an approved specialist company as part of a prior pollutant remediation process.
