due to the funding modalities and the budget situation of the city of Worms isA step order is mandatory, so it is commissioned in 2 levels.
1. Contract level: LPH 1-3
2. Contract level: LPH 4-6 (individually per construction phase)
option:
The building of the "orangery" has been included as an option in this procedure, since this is directly relatedwith the main building of the Herrnsheim Palace stands and its monument -friendly over -planning and renovation is aimed at in accordance with the main building.
Depending on the state of construction, still to be developed conceptual ideas as well as the development of the construction phases and the budget situation of the city of Wormsthe AG is commissioned by the option. The contractor is not entitled to commissioning this option when the main order is concluded.

During the award procedure, the maximum fee sums including all levels / options must be used in accordance with the specifications from the VGVbe requested.
