  • The Friedrich Schiller University of Jena would like to purchase a high-frequency real-time oscilloscope in order to be able to precisely measure fast electrical pulses with rise times of around 150 ps to 200 ps. The system should be close to both small signal amplitudes the detection limit as well as pulses with amplitudes of up to at least 2 V. The system is primarily used for precise waveform capture and subsequent offline data analysis on external computers. In addition, the synchronous measurement several analog high-frequency signals are required. A maximum amount of 60,000 euros net is available as a budget. The awarding authority reserves the right to exclude offers above this value from the evaluation. All valid offers are available Above this amount, the awarding authority is entitled to cancel the tender. These technical boundary conditions result in the following minimum requirements. The following technical performance parameters must be met at least: see appendix 2. Note: An advance payment against a bank guarantee in the amount of the gross order value will be agreed upon in consultation. The contractor submits an invoice and guarantee immediately after the contract has been awarded. The costs must be taken into account and will be not paid. Requirement: Bank guarantee from a European credit institution/bank, also self-enforceable and unlimited, interest and costs included, waiving the objections of contestability, offsetting and advance action according to ยง 770, 771 BGB. The guarantee can be reclaimed after successful acceptance. A time limit is not permitted.
