    Demolition and new construction of the vocational training center (BBZ II) of the Chamber of Crafts (HWK) Rhine Hesse. The new building is two-story and has a partial basement. The subject of the tender is the high- and low-voltage work (electrical). Description of the procurement (type and scope of the service or details of the needs and requirements). The building plot is within the scope of the Development plan He128 and is located in the Mainz-Hechtsheim Ost commercial area. The new building consists of repeating building blocks that are arranged in an L-shape following the layout of the property. The practical training is arranged like a comb on a highway along Robert-Kochstrasse. The administrative areas are located on Dekan Laist Street. The apron in the north on Dekan Laist Street is used for stationary above-ground traffic (bicycles and visitor parking spaces). An internal street connects all workshops. Property access roads are in the north, past the Main entrance and planned in the south. A single-storey outbuilding will be built along the western property boundary and will be used as external storage.
