On around 18,000 m2 of land, nine buildings/parts of buildings with open spaces come together to form a unique building Ensemble, whose oldest buildings probably date from the 12th century.
We are looking for an economically viable usage concept that preserves the historical structure and at the same time opens up future-oriented perspectives. Under certain conditions, it is also possible to build additional new buildings on the site.
The duration of the leasehold building right is initially planned to be 80 years and can be negotiated as part of the negotiation process.
