The Palatinate Chamber of Crafts writes the technical planning HLS (performance profile § 55 HOAI) for the new building of the vocational training center (BTZ) Neustadt a.d. Wine route gradually.
Based on a feasibility study (expert reports AP 1.1. and AP 1.2), the project description and The planning and monitoring goals are determined in the further planning documents. The gradual commissioning takes place with
- Level 1: Basic determination and preliminary planning (LPh 1 and 2),
- Stage 2: Design planning and approval planning (LPh 3 and 4),
- Level 3: Implementation planning (LPh 5),
- stage 4: Preparation of the award (LPh 6),
- Level 5: Participation in the awarding process (LPh 7) as well
- Level 6: Property monitoring (LPh 8) and property management (LPh 9).
No legal claim can be made from the gradual commissioning on the commissioning of further stages and no additional fee claims can be derived. The commissioning of the further stages 3 to 6 requires in particular a positive funding decision from the funding provider.
