Planning (from performance phase 5) and construction of one with Efre medium funded laboratory new building in the forest campus for the University of Sustainable Development Eberswalde with the following essential characteristics:
- Buildings with lower cellars and three upper floors, with laboratories, workshops, technical experimental areas and office and meeting rooms
- BGF 6.560 M2, BRI 37,485 M3, 2700 m2 laboratory and office space
- demanding building basic situation with groundwater lowering and infiltration in the forest
- load -bearing External walls (UG) made of reinforced concrete D = 35 cm according to statics including formwork and reinforcement. In the upper floors wood skeletal construction (regular grid 3.60m x 6.00m) with load -bearing wooden supports (BSH) and partially reinforced concrete supports (35x35cm each) in the outer wall area (EG). The stiffening staircase nuclei and shafts are built in reinforced concrete D = 25cm, as well as sub -areas of the outer wall
