Description:
The subject of this procurement procedure is the commissioning of the repair of the swimming bridges, bollards, ladders and abutment bench. The Hooksiel lock is located at Hooksiel's outer harbor east of the village of Hooksiel. It was built in 1975 and is to be repaired between 2024 to 2027,so that a safe operation with a high system availability of at least 35 years is guaranteed. In several separate procurement phases, services are carried out to repair the Hooksiel lock, including the associated folding bridge and the quay on the internal head. ThisProcedure is carried out as a free -handed award with an advanced participation competition in accordance with Section 3 VOB/A.V.M. Section 6 (6) Lower Saxony Lower Saxon Value Benargetic Ordinance (NwertVO). It is not a Europe-wide tender, since the EU threshold for the allocation of construction work is not achievedbecomes. The free -handed allocation is carried out in two stages. At the first stage, the participation competition, the client examines the suitability of the applicants in relation to the benefits. At the second stage, the offer phase, the client asks about those in the participation competitionSelected bidders initially a so -called first offer with which the negotiation phase is entered. However, the client reserves the right to award the order on the basis of the first -time bids without negotiationsto enter.
