Description:
The subject of this award procedure is the commissioning of the repair of Torlinia II, III, IV and V. The Hooksiel Schleuse. The Hooksiel lock is located at Hooksiel's outer harbor east of the village of Hooksiel. It was built in 1975 and is to be repaired between 2024 to 2027,so that a safe operation with a high system availability of at least 35 years is guaranteed. In several separate procurement phases, services are carried out to repair the Hooksiel lock, including the associated folding bridge and the quay on the internal head. TheExecution period for the overall completion of the repair of the goal lines runs until April 18, 2026. This procedure is carried out as a free -handed award with an advanced participation competition in accordance with Section 3 VOB/a in conjunction with § 6 Paragraph 2 of the Lower Saxony Value Benerary Ordinance (NWertVO).
