Description:
The University Hospital Bonn (UKB) plans to equip the intensive care unit of the heart clinic with 58 new hospital beds and additional accessories (e.g. infusion stands, mattress extension) and 58 soft storage systems. The current planning status sees the following delivery datesbefore: 3. / 4th quarter 2025 (expected August/ September) = 58 hospital beds. The actual access of the hospital beds and the accessories takes place in the UKB as required, this may extend the contract term. The following is recorded in the announcement: the clientthere is a budget of - EUR 400,000 gross for Los 1 and - 70,000 EUR gross for Los 2 according to the promotion of the state of North Rhine -Westphalia. The client reserves the right to remove the procedure if the offer prices are significantly higher than the budget mentioned. A NOTICE /The reservation of cancellation If the price limit is exceeded: The client is available for a budget of - EUR 400,000 gross for Los 1 and - 70,000 EUR gross for Los 2 in accordance with the promotion of the state of North Rhine -Westphalia. Since further funds of the client are not available under any circumstancesStand, the aforementioned budget must not be exceeded per lot. Insofar as it shows in the context of the offer evaluation that the maximum price limit cannot be met for the procuring service, the client reserves the right to be entirely orTo remove loosely. In this case, the clients and bidders will bear the costs incurred in the context of the award procedure. In the event of the cancellation, if legally permitted, claims for damages are excluded from bidders.
