- Hosting, support and further development Editorial services: Posting content The BGE is looking for a service provider who will host the BGE website for a total of 48 months (Lot 1 see 4.1), provide independent technical support (including updates, bug fixes, Accessibility), the BGE offers appropriate support and continuously develops the offers in consultation with the BGE online editorial team. For Lot 2 editorial work (see 4.2) a term of 39 months is planned. Subcontractors are generally permitted. Hosting, support and further development 4.1.1Hosting and takeover from the previous service provider The contractor must first take over the BGE website from the previous service provider. This-this has been like this from the beginning to ensure that the website is highly available (accessibility 99.9 percent) as well as a high-performance back and front end (loading time per page). Setting the content by the contractor includes the following steps: 1)Save the image motifs, usually as a JPG or PNG file 2) Check the image size and, if necessary, compress the images to a maximum of 500 KB 3) Upload the image motifs to the corresponding folder in the file list in the TYPO3 backend 4)Label (title, description and alternative text) the image motifs according to the client's specifications 5)Upload the file attachments, usually PDF documents, to the corresponding folder in the file list in the TYPO3 backend 6)Label (category, title and description, status, reference to...
