Description:
The University Hospital Magdeburg intends to expand and renew the recirculation cooling units throughout House 65, Leipziger Strasse 44,39120 Magdeburg.

In the house 65, the climate and heating surfaces are to be separated.

Climate chests are currently being used in individual rooms for heating andAir -conditioning the premises.

These should be replaced by separate heating surfaces and air conditioners. The current connection of the climate chests takes place via the premises of the floor below and runs directly through the ceiling and the floor.

The new radiators should continue tocan be connected via the existing heating strands.

New air conditioning units are connected to new cold ranks in the respective hallway. These are installed directly above the door of the respective room. The new cold ranks tie up to existing rigid lines, some of whichneed to be extended.

The radiators and air conditioners should be locked against each other, so that the air conditioner is prevented or vice versa in the heating case.

The intermediate ceilings in the hallway are opened with the contractor's work.
