Description:
The Magdeburg University Hospital intends to expand and renew the circulating air cooling units in the entire building at 65, Leipziger Strasse 44, 39120 Magdeburg.
The renovation work will be carried out in 3 construction phases. The 1st BA is already successful implemented. The implementation of the 2nd BA is now taking place.
The measures are carried out room by room. Once the work has been completed, the affected room(s) must be cleaned. This mainly affects floors, possibly some of the furniture that remained in the room, window sills, etc. The cleaning effort will be determined in good time in a joint on-site inspection.
During the entire construction period, depending on the level of pollution, the area in front of the rooms

The cleaning work are in coordination with the construction management G4.1.1 to be carried out in sections and at different times.
