• The Magdeburg University Hospital intends to expand and renew the circulating air cooling units in the entire building at 65, Leipziger Strasse 44, 39120 Magdeburg. In house 65, the air conditioning and heating areas are to be separated. The renovation work will be carried out in 3 construction phases. The 1st BA is already successful implemented. The implementation of the 2nd BA is now taking place. Air conditioning chests are currently used in individual rooms to heat and air condition the rooms. These are to be replaced by separate heating surfaces and air conditioning units. The current connection of the air conditioning chests takes place via the premises the floor below and runs directly through the ceiling and floor. The new radiators should continue to be connected via the existing heating lines. New air conditioning units are connected via newly laid cooling lines in the respective hallway. These will be directly above the door installed in each room. The new cooling lines connect to existing risers, some of which need to be extended. The radiators and air conditioning units should be locked against each other so that the air conditioning unit is prevented from working when there is heating or vice versa.
