A) Reference to the deadline for self -economic applications:
According to § 8a Paragraph 2 sentence 2 i. V. m. Section 12 (6) sentence 1 PBefG is an application for a approval for an economic traffic with motor vehicles in line traffic no later than three months after the preliminary information has been published by the responsible approval authority (Arnsberg district government) to place. This period is triggered by this preliminary information for all traffic services included by the intended award. Applications that do not meet the requirements mentioned in this preliminary information and the supplementary document or are only part of partial services relate,
are to be failed (Section 13 (2a) sentence 2 PBefG).
