Description:
The building "Haus im Blohms Park" at Horner Landstrasse 85 in the southwestern parking part is converted and further developed on behalf of the Hamburg-Mitte district. Future uses include a cafe and space for municipal health offers such as nutritional advice, cooking courses, a midwife practiceas well as a medical center.
The architecture of the existing building reflects the Scandinavian style of the European guest house built after the Second World War. The new building is designed in traditional construction with inclined roofs and red colored boards. The symmetrical arrangement willLoosen through a slight angle of the new building to the existing building, which emphasizes the opening of the courtyard to the park. As part of theA new wooden facade with vertical and horizontal structure is installed, which also takes over constructive wood protection and fire protection in accordance with the sample wood-building direction.
