Housing city of Loehne, new construction of a 5-group daycare center "in the firs"
The Loehne residential city is an in -house operation The city of Loehne and plans to build a five -group kindergarten (including outdoor facilities and parts d. Interior) on the property Koblenzer Str. 171a in 32584 wages. The construction contract is to be awarded to a general contractor in early autumn 2025. The general contractor also provides the Planning services from including LP 5 and the construction management. The new building is to be built in wooden frame construction and at least meet the requirements of an efficiency house 40.
The current building on the property is desired and will be demolished from 01.09.2025. As a temporary solution up to planned completion of the new building, the kindergarten with its two groups will be in the parish hall of the Ev. Moving parish Gohfeld. Afterwards, the property of the living town of Loehne is available for a new building as part of a heritage law contract. The completion of the new building should take place as soon as possible. At the beginning of the project, the completion was planned for September 1st, 2026. In view of the current project status (offering to offer), the client is aware that this time is very ambitious.
