Description:
It is permitted to build, maintain and operate the advertising media with certain formats with certain formats, in the number specified in the area of the Hanseatic city of Herford, subject to the granting of legally necessary permits, in particular on the basis and according to the provision the building regulations for the state of North Rhine-Westphalia.
