An external service provider should provide the provision of a software solution and the fully automated process of printing, the envelope,Take care of franking and shipping the letters. The services to be provided in particular: - Data transmission: The documents to be sent are imported into the software provided by the client in different file formats (e.g. PDF, Word, etc.) and file sizes (up to 1 GB).- Processing of the print data: The software provided is to separate larger files as well as the further configuration and sorting of the documents to be sent and thus optimize the print data and shipping options. Some of the files are exclusivelyin PDF format.
