Description:
As part of a completely renovation of the federal property, Heinemannstrasse 2 -10 in 53175 Bonn, completely new heating systems with gas supply were installed from 2006 to 2010. In the course of the switch to renewable energies - with district heating supply - must be ensured, that the hydraulic comparison on the heating system corresponds to the current requirements. The largely exhaustive radiator valves are replaced by new radiator valves. The services are carried out in the buildings A1 and A2 (high -rise buildings). In addition to the exchange of radiator valves the response screws are also replaced. The administration buildings each have two bases. In the 1st UG, courtyards are trained. Above the ground floor, the carrier floor rises, above it an open intermediate floor, and a second up to 12th floor Building A1; In building A2 a second up to 14th floor. Above the central staircase on the roof, the so -called penthouse is arranged as a technical area in both buildings. The installation measures are in all offices, meeting rooms, toilet areas and other rooms to carry out.
