- This expression of interest ("IBV") concerns the establishment of a 3-group day care center including provision of the necessary building and property in Karlsbad-Langensteinbach. In order to meet the increasing demand for childcare places, the community strives forKarlsbad a further expansion of childcare offers. For this purpose, new premises in a new daycare center (daycare center) with 3 groups in Langensteinbach are to be built.
The municipality of Karlsbad would like to explore the interest in the establishment of the daycare center by investors with this procedure.The IBV also includes that the investor provides the necessary building and property.
