- The subject of the order are services and other services provided by the contractor in connection with the identification/authentication of insured persons, including their family-insured relatives of the company, guild and substitute funds linked to the client (indirectly).as well as the social insurance for agriculture, forestry and horticulture in accordance with Annex No. 01. During the term of this framework contract, the contractor owes identification and authentication services in accordance with Annex No. 02 as well as other services in accordance with Annex No. 02, which are provided by the insureden of the authorized cash registers can be freely selected and are then invoiced by the contractor to the respective authorized cash registers.
The technical integration or integration of the contractually owed services of the contractor into the "bitIAM".r Establishing operational readiness ("go-live") is the responsibility of the client and is not owed by the contractor.
