Description:
The order includes the procurement and introduction of a cloud-based identity & access management system including subscription/maintenance as well as the replacement of the existing SAP IDM. The scope of services includes the conception and implementation the target architecture including role/authorization model, the connection and automated provisioning of approx. 30 core systems via standardized interfaces/connectors and workflows as well as the development of an automated, audit-proof system Audit/Reporting. The contractor creates a security and data protection concept (including least privilege, SoD, GDPR) including logging/monitoring, carries out testing and quality assurance measures (e.g. SIT/UAT) and delivers complete Documentation with clearly defined acceptance criteria. To start operations, an operating concept, runbooks, emergency/incident processes and SLAs are provided; Training for administrators and key users as well as a structured knowledge transfer ensure this orderly handover to regular operations. After the go-live, the contractor supports an extended hypercare phase and guarantees operation for six months, including the gradual connection of additional systems as well as 2nd/3rd level support. software supply services (CPV-Code: 72268000)
