Description:
The subject of the contract is the organization, implementation and follow-up of an inbound delegation trip with a foreign delegation from a specified target region to a selected structural change region. Details for the event week can be found in the respective lots (project outlines) in the AnAnnex 1 to the service description can be found. The task also consists of accompanying the delegation professionally, linguistically and interculturally. A constant and close exchange with the partner organizations takes place during the entire project execution.
The inbound delegation trip enablesot a delegation with representatives of foreign companies, participation in a multi-day specialist program in one or more German GRW regions. Eight to twelve companies that come from a specified foreign target region and focus industry can attend an inbound delegatetake part in the trip and thus get to know the economic ecosystem of the corresponding structural change region in detail.
At the beginning of the trip there is a detailed briefing that gives the delegation insights into the economic structure of Germany and into current industry trends and developmentsgene and introduces the structural change region(s) to be visited.
