Description:
The main location of the IGS Linden is to be extensively renovated, an inclusive, barrier -free and contemporary all -day school, which meets today's requirements for an integrated comprehensive school.
The planning and renovation has already been included in a participation procedure Feasibility study as well as an extensive inventory analysis with regard to the planned reorganization and renovation of the IGS Linden.
The results and findings from it were taken into account in a coordinated usage concept, taking into account the interests of different groups of actors captured. This concept serves as the basis for the implementation of the measure and must be continued in the further planning. The pedagogical concept of IGS Linden is currently being developed by school and must be taken into account when planning.
The task includes the construction, Interior architectural and open space planning design with the continuation of the participation process across all performance phases.
The planning performance is through an interdisciplinary planning team (bidding community, ARGE), consisting of architects / interior designers and landscape architects, to provide.
An essential part of the task is to further develop the existing concept of the buildings, interiors and outdoor facilities, while continuing the participatory process.
