• IGZ_Estrichwerke New building of the integrative generation center consisting of a basement, ground floor and upper floor in solid construction and curtain wall. The planned new building fits into the structure and with four offset gable roofs Cubature into the urban development context. A uniform curtain wall visually connects the slightly offset parts of the building into a single unit. The spatial concept was coordinated with the client, the specialist departments involved and the various users coordinated. The aim is to create a pleasant, light-flooded feeling of space. All technical and storage rooms are located in the basement. In addition to other sanitary facilities, the entire youth center with a cafe, fitness room and recording studio will also be located in the Basement housed. The daycare center is planned on the ground floor with 4 group rooms as well as sanitary and ancillary rooms, the dining room, 3 relaxation rooms and other staff rooms. Additionally, on the ground floor there is the MGH café with kitchen, storage and ancillary rooms, Office space and sanitary facilities are accommodated.
