IHK MNR project Campus Neuss structural planning, building physics, DGNB (Lot 4) Structural planning, building physics, DGNB audit / certification support (Lot 4) for the new construction of an education and innovation campus at Wendersplatz Neuss The Chamber of Commerce and Industry Mittlerer Niederrhein (public corporation with headquarters in Krefeld, hereinafter: IHK MNR) is planning to create an educational infrastructure with the Campus Education & Innovation Neuss that provides a strategic answer to the need To secure skilled workers in training companies and to provide them with further training for the future. As a visible symbol of successful structural change, the new campus is intended to help re-establish the Rhenish district as an innovative and competitive economic region position. The subject of this award procedure is the specialist planning services of “structural planning, building physics, DGNB audit/certification support” (Lot 4). The selected specialist planners must carry out the structural planning in accordance with LPH 1 to LPH 6 and the Building physics as well as DGNB audit/certification support in accordance with LPH 1 to LPH 8. The commissioning should take place gradually. For the service images “Property planning, fire protection, accessibility” (Lot 1), the technical building equipment HKLS (Lot 2) as well as the technical building equipment ELT (Lot 3), suitable contractors will be sought in separate procurement procedures with a slight delay.
