Description:
The Schulwerk of the Diocese of Augsburg - as the school responsible for the Kolleg der Schulbrueder in Illertissen - intends to sustainably renovate the high school "Kolleg der Schulbrueder" (corridor no. 859/7) and to align it with the current requirements of a modern educational institution. Basis for the functionalitynal and structural requirements of the planning is the spatial program of the Bavarian State Ministry for a four-class, nine-level high school. The area estimates contained therein can be proven in the holdings of the Bruederkolleg. Under the premise of being energetically and functionally modernIn order to comply with regulations and laws, a sustainable building should be created. The following two-phase construction process in combination with temporary interim areas has been provisionally determined, but is not mandatory; alternative solutions are possible: BA I: Demolition or partial demolition des old building wing, possibly renovation of the remaining old building and partial replacement new building BA II: General renovation of the college building as well as partial renovations in the administration building with music hall (Bachsaal), ballroom and cafeteria and two-story transition bridge (1st 2nd floor) to the secondary school During construction ther Teaching operations are maintained through interim solutions for specialist classes and administration.
