Description:
The participants receive the necessary knowledge in order to correctly use Jira's web application with the objectives of error management, problem treatment and use in operational project management correctly. The participants learn how to fill the application with the required data and what further information can be added. You will learn about the configuration options, workflow transitions and the evaluation results such as Kanban and Scrum borads, dashboards, reports or generally exports. The participants learn what they can use Jira in everyday management.
Getting to know confluence as a collaboration tool for the documentation, the transfer and processing of knowledge in projects or the establishment of a company -wide knowledge management: introduction of confluence navigation, use of macros and widgets, creation and management of workflows and tasks.
Interplay of Jira and Confluence
Framework contract for 3 years with the extension opti-on by up to 3 years in accordance with Section 15 (4) UVGO, or Section 21 (6) VGV in conjunction with Section 65 (2) VGV.
