Description:
The participants (participants) receive extensive training on the subject of learning and working techniques. The aim of the measure is to sustainably increase effectiveness and efficiency in everyday work. To this end, the participants should be taught practical learning and working techniques that optimize Enable self-organization and improved time and self-management. The contractor will issue a certificate of participation for those soldiers who successfully took part in the measure (= attending at least 80% of the course time). These certificates are more demanding in a formal form (e.g. on stationery with the contractor's logo) with the name of the content conveyed and the period of the measure and provided with the name, date and signature. The contractor hands over the certificates of participation to the participants immediately upon completion of the measure or send it by post. A copy must be sent to the BFD Stuttgart. Framework contract for 4 years with the option to extend by 1 year in accordance with Section 15 Para. 4 UVgO, or Section 21 Para. 6 VgV in conjunction with. V. m. § 65 para. 2 VgV. Up to 2 calls are planned per year. The measure corresponds overall 32 teaching units (UE) spread over four working days. One teaching unit corresponds to 45 minutes.
