Description:
The aim of the measure is to provide the participants (participants) in the five-day intensive training with a complete, practical and exam-oriented overview of PRINCE2(r) Agile v2 - the current combination of PRINCE2(r) best practices and modern agile working methods.
The participants should do the following purchase:
• a sound understanding of the PRINCE2(r) basic principles
• the ability to confidently apply agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, Lean Startup, etc.) in PRINCE2(r) projects
• the knowledge to manage projects in a controlled, scalable and at the same time flexible manner
• consistent preparation for the Foundation and Practitioner certification exams.
The course is aimed at people who will plan, control, support or be responsible for future projects - regardless of whether they already have agile or classic experience.
The training concludes with two internationally recognized Certificates from:
• PRINCE2(r) Agile v2 Foundation (PeopleCert)
• PRINCE2(r) Agile v2 Practitioner (PeopleCert)
The certificates are valid for 3 years.
Both exams are taken by the participants in German during the course.
Framework contract for 3 years with the option to extend by 1 Year according to Section 15 Paragraph 4 UVgO, or Section 21 Paragraph 6 VgV in conjunction with Section 65 Paragraph 2 VgV.
One call is planned per year.
The measure lasts 5 days
40 teaching units (UE).
The ordering party (AG), in coordination with the ordering party (AN), also has the option of up to 1 further action to be taken.
