- Plectonic is searching for a service provider covering multiple murine in vivo studies for T-cell engagers (focusing on anti-CD3 T-cell engagers with binding to a selection of differential tumor antigens) currently in discovery / early preclinical phase. The work packages will cover the conduction of several animal experiments typically required for characterization of T-cell engagers and biologicals to evaluate anti-tumor efficacy, pharmacokinetic parameters, generate proof-of-concept data and identify lead candidates including data-driven selection of most suitable tumor antigen combinations and indication. Reference molecules for these types of workpackes are among others blinatumomab (CD19xCD3), glofitamab (CD20xCD3), AMV564 (CD33xCD3) or solitomab (EpCAMxCD3).
